Frequently Asked Questions

We would like to invite you to become a member of our dental practice so you can take advantage of our practice benefits in addition to your health insurance benefits. You will always receive the full health insurance rebate that you are entitled to, you will not lose out. We are committed to your dental health but we find patients do not return as often as they should, even when they have health insurance. Regular dental visits are necessary to maintain good oral health and to prevent unnecessary expense. We think you’ll agree that this membership will benefit your overall health in the long run.

After your routine care appointment (Dental Health Check and Dental Hygiene Appointment) we will issue you with a receipt for the total cost of the treatment (you will not pay any money today as it is included in the monthly membership fee) you can then claim the rebate from your insurance provider, providing you are covered.

No, you are our patient and not your health insurance company’s, therefore we will be collecting your membership fees from you personally each month.

As part of your T&C’s you will be required to give one month’s written notice to the practice.

We are very sympathetic to our patients and fully understand that not everyone can tolerate dental care. We have built our practice with this in mind and have tried to make our treatment rooms as relaxing and non-dental looking as possible. We will be patient and understanding and try to help you achieve your dental care without the need for additional drugs, however, if you cannot tolerate your dental care without the help of sedative drugs we can talk to you about what we can offer.

Each day we will allocate time to see our patients who are having urgent dental problems, you can book on-line via our web site or alternatively you can call our front office on 65556503 to make a booking ASAP.
